What links are supported?
The downloader currently accepts supported Magnific and Freepik URLs. Unsupported hosts are rejected before processing.
How do credits work?
One credit is reserved for each download. Welcome credits do not expire, while purchased credits follow the validity shown for their pack. Credits that expire first are used first, and failed processing is refunded automatically when the credit is still valid.
How do 30-day plans work?
A 30-day plan starts after its PayPal payment is verified. Its daily credits reset at 00:00 UTC and unused daily credits do not roll over. Stored welcome or purchased credits are used only after the daily credits run out. The plan does not renew automatically, and another monthly plan cannot be purchased until the active plan expires.
How long does a download link last?
Links are signed and temporary. The exact expiry is controlled by the deployment configuration.
Where are my files stored?
Completed files are stored in private object storage and served through a temporary signed URL.
Why did my payment complete but credits not appear?
Credits are issued after server-side PayPal notification verification. Allow a short delay, then contact support with your order reference.
Can I download anything I find online?
No. You must have permission to access and download the submitted asset and must follow the source platform's terms.
How do I delete my account?
Contact support from the email associated with your account and request account deletion.
