How do credits work?

One credit covers one successful download. A reserved credit is returned automatically when the download fails and remains eligible for a refund.

Which option should I choose?

Choose a credit pack for occasional downloads. Choose a monthly plan when you need a larger number of credits every day.

How do monthly plans work?

Monthly plans provide the listed number of credits each day. Unused daily credits reset at 00:00 UTC and do not roll over. While a monthly plan is active, another monthly plan cannot be purchased until it expires.

Do credits expire?

The 3 welcome credits do not expire. Purchased credits are valid for the period shown on their pack, and monthly credits reset daily.

Which credits are used first?

Monthly daily credits are used first. After they run out, stored credits with the earliest expiration are used before non-expiring welcome credits.

Can I buy more credits if I run out?

Yes. You can buy another credit pack at any time. Each new pack keeps its own validity period.

Are purchases refundable?

Failed downloads return eligible credits automatically. Other refund requests are reviewed case by case under the refund policy.
