1. Using the service
You may use Magnific Downloader only for lawful purposes and only with URLs and content you are authorized to access. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in session secure.
2. Credits, plans, and payments
Credits are account entitlements used for eligible downloads. Purchased credit packs expire after the validity period shown at checkout. Monthly plans provide daily credits that reset at 00:00 UTC without rollover for 30 days after payment verification; they do not renew automatically. Welcome credits are not part of the daily reset. A credit is reserved only through the service's download flow, and failed processing may be refunded automatically.
Payments are processed by PayPal. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.
3. Prohibited use
Do not use the service to bypass authentication, violate intellectual-property rights, scrape or redistribute content without permission, interfere with the service, or submit malicious URLs or files.
4. Availability and changes
The service is provided on an availability basis. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, pricing, or supported platforms. We may restrict accounts that abuse the service or create security risk.
5. Disclaimer and liability
Downloaded content remains subject to the rights and terms of its source platform. To the extent allowed by law, Magnific Downloader is not liable for indirect loss, source-platform changes, or content you were not authorized to access.
