Automatic download refunds
A credit is reserved when a download begins. If Bear99, the source request, or object storage processing fails, the reservation is refunded automatically and the failed attempt is recorded in your account activity.
Completed downloads
Once a file has been successfully processed and a download link has been issued, the credit is considered used. If the link is broken or the file is incomplete, contact support with the download record so we can review it.
Credit-pack purchases
Unused credit packs may be reviewed for a refund on a case-by-case basis. Contact us promptly with your PayPal order or transaction reference. Credits already consumed for successful downloads are not refundable.
Payment-provider disputes
PayPal may apply its own buyer-protection and dispute rules. Opening a dispute does not guarantee a refund from this service; please contact support first so we can investigate the order.
